		<description>&lt;p&gt;This speech always moves me to tears.  I love it, and I'm glad you took the time to post it. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As an aside, I was rather saddened that the church I work for didn't air the speech this year.  UU churches generally either have people reading the speech, or we get to watch the Martin Luther King Jr himself on the recorded broadcast.  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sadly,  I have felt for a long time, that we as Americans have a long ways to go to fully realize this dream.  Racism is still quite rampant, and segregation still exists if you look at it.  Perhaps I see this, because I grew up in these neighborhoods, in an interracial family, going to schools where you could see the progress (or in the case of college- the lack of progress) that is unification, love, and justice.  &lt;/p&gt;
