		<description>&lt;p&gt;I heard a &lt;em&gt;great&lt;/em&gt; replacement for "monetize" at the pub tonight: "Benjamize," or "Benjamization" as the case may be.  I think that's definitely the better word to use.&lt;/p&gt;
