What has Corey EVER done to earn moving Karma from us? HUH?
Uh, as a former employee of a bookstore, you might want to reconsider using the larger boxes for books. Think of it this way- the small (book) boxes are best, because when you start using the larger boxes (the three bigger ones), most companies won’t move them easily. And most hernias are created in moving such big heavy boxes. Sorry, that’s just my two cents worth.
We have more book boxes, if you want to make it easier on your back. Just say the word.
Oh, I absolutely agree that the large boxes are suboptimal for books. However, they’re packed, and I’ll take crappily packed over still on the shelf.
It will be my charge to remember to use the dolly for those particular boxes ;)
Do let us know if you need some help. The only good advice I have received concerning packing is to put all your linens in trash bags. Saves on box use – and the movers can stick them between furniture to pad things. Let us know too if you need to borrow boxs. We have quite a few.
